The Nature Health Center of Central New Jersey was designed to be a place of peace, enlightenment and good will. Rosina and Colleen not only wish to share their 30 yrs combined experience in the bodywork field but also hope to educate the public on complimentary methods of sustaining good health in these fast-paced stressful times.

Our building was actually a garage built in 1965 that Rosina & Colleen (with the help of many) have transformed into a rustic Asian retreat. Its unique design not only enables us to have private work spaces but our walls are removable allowing us 600 square feet of space for seminars and events. Our atmosphere is one of complete peace in balance with nature.

Our philosophy is not to weigh you down with our philosophies, rather to help educate you in finding your own.
