Begins the process of determining safe natural methods (food choices, supplements, bodywork, holistic psychology etc.) to improve overall health and includes CST Evaluation.

CranioSacral Therapy/Natural Health Consult 
A light touch, fully clothed therapy to evaluate and assist the spinal fluid. This therapy session is useful for migraines, digestive problems, immune disorders, injury and more.
75 min- $100 (any session lasting over 90 min will be charged an additonal fee)

CranioSacral Therapy for Kids
Same light touch but children can move freely while being worked on.

Therapeutic Massage
Full body massage that concentrates on your body’s tension areas. Hot stones are applied to the back and neck to penetrate and loosen tight muscles.

LaStone Massage
Warmed Basalt stones (Yin) are applied to the body to soften and increase circulation on tight muscles. Then Cool Marble Stones (Yang) are used to flush out toxins leaving the body balanced.

Neuromuscular Massage
Also known as Trigger Point Therapy is used to treat muscle spasms due to injury or trauma. Must be performed at least 72 hrs. after injury. We suggest CranioSacral Therapy to be administered within 24 hrs. of injury.

Corporate Care

We come to your place of work and perform 5 -15 minute seated chair massages on your employees. Since it's done fully clothed and no oil is used there's no mess to deal with. Must have a minimum of 8  people.         $85.00 per therapist per hour not including travel time. Groups over 20 must give at least a months notice.
